Mail-in Repairs

To start a mailin repair, use the form on this page to send us a detailed description of your issue along with any model numbers you have for your device. We will then email you with a price quote and shipping instructions to send your device to our facility. You will then ship your device with a shipping method of your choice to our facility, where we will inspect your device and give you an updated price quote. Once you’ve approved our quote, we will go ahead with the repair. When the repair is complete, which usually only takes 1-2 business days if parts are in stock, we will email you an invoice and ship your device back to you upon receiving payment through PayPal or with a credit/debit card.

You are responsible for shipping your device to us. We’ll cover uninsured FedEx Ground return shipping for your repaired device. You can choose to pay extra for insurance or signature service if you would like. In the event that your device is not repairable or you choose not to accept our quote, you will be responsible for return shipping.

We operate on a no-fix, no fee model for most repairs. In the event that we can’t fix your device, all you would be responsible for is return shipping. If you decline an estimate, you are subject to a $25 diagnostic fee plus return shipping.

Most repairs can be completed within 1-2 business days if parts are in stock. We stock common parts for most Apple devices, and most other parts can be received in one day Mon-Sat.

Absolutely! As long as parts for your device are in stock, we can expedite your repair for an extra $50 plus the cost difference between FedEx Ground and whatever rush method you choose. This guarantees same or next day repairs, including weekends, although only USPS picks up shipments on Saturdays, all other methods will be shipped out the next business day if the repair is completed on a weekend.
